EuroLearn is proud to have The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities as the School of Record for all EuroLearn semester and year abroad and summer programs. This partnership allows UMN to evaluate individual subjects taken at EuroLearn partner universities overseas and ensure the academic rigor and compatibility with educational standards as defined by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI). Students who attend a university in the U.S. or Canada which requires a transcript from an accredited North American institution in order to transfer credit, can obtain an official transcript from the University of Minnesota for their program abroad through this agreement (additional $350 fee will apply). Students who request a School of Record transcript will be temporarily admitted as non-degree seeking students at the University of Minnesota. The University of Minnesota is solely responsible to evaluate coursework on the host university transcript, determine grade and credit conversions, and issue a University of Minnesota transcript with EuroLearn coursework listed as resident credit. Students who wish to receive a University of Minnesota, Twin Cities transcript for their study abroad program can indicate this requirement on their application. More specific forms will be required upon acceptance to a program and students will be required to pay $350 USD. |
