Eligbility
Applicants must meet the university or program's minimum GPA requirements and have completed at least the equivalent of one year of full-time study at the university/college level. University of Kent and Swansea University require that participants must be of at least junior-level standing at time of participation.
EuroLearn programs are open and accessible to students of varying backgrounds and needs. EuroLearn seeks to work with each student, their home university, and the host institution to ensure the needs of the student can and will be met during the study abroad experience.
Applicants will be considered for admission to a university based on class standing, cumulative GPA, student essay, and academic reference. EuroLearn works in conjunction with its partner universities in Europe/the UK to provide an admission decision within 2-3 weeks of receipt of a student’s completed application.
If an applicant has a GPA lower than the requirement of the university, attended a community college, received a questionable academic reference, or been on academic probation, the application will need to be referred to the university and notification of acceptance can take longer. Note: applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of acceptance.
