Online Affiliate Handbook This handbook is your in-office resource containing the most useful AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn program information at your finger tips, including detailed information on housing options, each university we represent, grading conversion guides for each overseas institutions, plus finance and billing information, and more. Program Evaluation Reports Each year, we will send a report to each Affiliate partner containing the AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn program evaluation responses submitted by the students who attended study abroad semester/year programs from your university for the previous year. This is a detailed evaluation filled out on a voluntary basis by students, giving their unedited insights into their overseas university and overall experience abroad, as well as the AustraLearn program. Post-Experience Packet Upon signing up as an affiliate of AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn, you will receive your own copy of the Alumni Handbook that we send to students. Password Access to Course Selections via AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn Websites (coming soon) As an affiliate university study abroad advisor, you will receive a username and password enabling you to access a section of our website which takes you to the course selection pages for each of our university partners. This will prove extremely useful when advising students who are determining their university of choice by the specific courses needed in a major or minor area of study. Site Visits Abroad AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn offers affiliate advisors and faculty opportunities to visit our program sites to gain first-hand knowledge of both our university partners and our extensive overseas support services and program introductions. These guided educational tours are led by members of our staff and may include visits to our partner universities, campus and housing tours, city tours, and cultural excursions. International Council of University Partners Advisors from affiliate universities will have the opportunity to participate in GlobaLinks' International Council of University Partners. The Council is by invitation and has twelve institutional members that serve on various program committees as well as consult AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn on various issues related to our organization and the international education industry, such as Enrollment Services processes, financial aid, new program development, etc. |
