In Kimberly’s application for the Future International Educator Award, she writes, “To be a global citizen is to be aware of issues affecting the countries around our homeland borders but also understanding the issues directly affecting those on the home soil. When I can accomplish this task, then I know I have taken on the responsibilities of what it means to be a global citizen. I want to help future students to achieve this goal through the International Education field.” Having recently graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California, Kimberly is currently seeking to enter the field of International Education.
