| The EuroScholars program is co-administered by EuroLearn and EuroScholars' central European office at Leiden University. EuroLearn handles the initial application to the program and all billing/payment transactions for the program. Specific pre-departure services related to course enrollment, housing placements, student visa, travel, and health insurance are all provided directly by the host institution, however, EuroLearn is happy to help if they are specific questions or concerns regarading any pre-departure information. View the program fee, fee inclusions, and other practical information for the EuroScholars program.> Participants will begin receive billing statements from EuroLearn/GlobaLinks at their permanent address upon acceptance to the EuroScholars program. The EuroScholars program fee is posted in Euros. EuroLearn will provide billing statements in USD based on the appropriate exchange rate at the time of billing. Payment of the program fees can be broken down into several payments per the EuroLearn/GlobaLinks payment schedule. EuroLearn can accept financial aid and scholarships for payment of the EuroScholars program fees, as long as the issuer has approved the release of the monies. If using either financial aid or scholarships to help pay the program fee, the participant will be required to complete a Financial Aid Disbursement Form upon acceptance to the program.
