Looking for specific classes?

Take a look at the course catalogs for each of our programs to look for specific classes. In most cases, classes in Europe are called "modules." When looking at a specific course catalog, be sure to click on the top right button called "Academic Course and Credit Information" for tips on navigating the course catalog, course levels, pre-requisites, credit values, and more!

Credit Transfer

How your credits are transferred back is determined by your home university. While credit pre-approval at your home university is part of GlobaLinks Learning Abroad's enrollment process, we encourage you to make this step part of your program selection process. Studying abroad is an important academic investment, so it is up to you to make sure that studying abroad can meet your academic needs and allow you to graduate on time. We suggest you take the following steps:

  1. Research your home university's policies on transfering study abroad credit. How is credit transferred? Do you need to get a certain grade? Will they award letter grades; pass/fail; transfer credit? Your International Office is a great place to get this information
  2. Use our Program Finder and Course Catalogs to find classes that will meet your needs. You can always contact a EuroLearn advisor to make sure you are eligible.
  3. Meet with your academic advisor and/or study abroad advisor to make sure those classes will meet your degree requirements.

It is important to note that GlobaLinks Learning Abroad cannot guarantee any classes. Your course selections will need to be evaluated by the host university for pre-approval. Enrollment often does not take place until arrival.
