EuroLearn strives to offer the most reasonable abroad fees to Europe. To further enhance the affordability of a semester or year abroad program, we encourage you to apply for scholarships through all available scholarship resources. We encourage you to consider the following universities as a potential choice for your overseas program as they strongly support study abroad students like you. How do I apply for one of these scholarships? Once you have applied and been accepted to the EuroLearn study abroad program you will be given an application for these scholarships. Currently the following universities offer University Sponsored Scholarships |  | The University of Strathclyde supports EuroLearn study abroad students with a £350 (GBP) scholarship each semester. Each scholarship is roughly equivalent to $500 (USD) and is awarded to students demonstrating academic achievement and who will bring a lot of energy to campus. All students who have been accepted to study for a semester or year at the University of Strathclyde with EuroLearn are eligible for this scholarship- the application will be available upon acceptance. The scholarship of £350 (GBP) will be awarded to the recipient upon arrival in Scotland during Strathclyde's Registration. | |  | The University of Limerick will support one EuroLearn study abroad student in the spring 2011 semester with a scholarship to cover housing fees. There is no additional application required. Applicant will be selected based on her/his EuroLearn application. Early application to this program is encouraged. | |  | The Institute of Technology Carlow supports EuroLearn students with Irish heritage through the Irish Homecoming Study Program (IHSP) Initiative. EuroLearn study abroad students attending IT-Carlow for a fall semester or academic year will be eligible for a scholarship of €3000 (EU) per semester. Upon acceptance, students must demonstrate Irish Heritage with a passport or birth certificate from a parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent. No additional application is required. | |  | The Dublin Institute of Technology supports EuroLearn students with Irish heritage through the Irish Homecoming Study Program (IHSP) Initiative. EuroLearn study abroad students attending DIT will be eligible for a scholarship. Upon acceptance, students must demonstrate Irish Heritage with a passport or birth certificate from a parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent. No additional application is required. | |  | The American College of Thessaloniki supports EuroLearn students with Academic Merit Scholarships. Students who demonstrate a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher at the time of application and have acheived sophomore status will automatically receive a $1000 USD from their EuroLearn program fees. No additional application is required. |  | The American College of Thessaloniki supports EuroLearn study abroad students with the Hellenic Heritage Scholarship. Students who demonstrate Greek heritage will be eligible for this scholarship. There are two full and four half scholarships available per year covering all tuition and housing fees. This scholarship is open to all international students. Please inform your EuroLearn Coordinator if you wish to be considered. Early application is encouraged. |  | Lancaster University supports EuroLearn study abroad students with three $750 (USD) scholarships per year beginning 2011/2012.
