Featured Programs: Study Abroad + Leadership and Service University of Manchester  The University of Manchester has an innovative Study Abroad plus Leadership and Service program, which lets you combine Service Learning and Leadership training with your standard study abroad program. The program allows you to engage with local community groups, facilitating engagement with British life and society in a more direct way than is possible through academic study alone. The taught leadership element of the program helps you understand the importance of sustainable leadership that promotes environmental care, social justice and prosperity. Learn more here. Rugby + Study Abroad Program University of Limerick  The Rugby Study Abroad Program at University of Limerick offers male and female rugby players of all levels the opportunity to undertake their academic studies while being an active member of UL Bohemian RFC, an AIB League Division 1 rugby club based in Limerick and affiliated with University of Limerick. Buddy Programs Freie Universität Berlin & CESP-Prague  Buddy programs are an opportunity for GlobaLinks Learning Abroad students to meet and interact one-on-one with a German or Czech student to practice their respective languages, explore cultural differences, and to discover the best places and ways to socialize with local students. Study Internship Combination Swansea University  Swansea University offers part-time unpaid internship opportunities for GlobaLinks Learning Abroad students. Worth 3 U.S. credits, these internships allow you to apply academic theory to work experience and strengthen your resume. These internships are currently only available for the spring semester.
